Always measure
A project without an agreed metric is an opinion. We won't start without numeric success criteria.
Richenel's AI Agency was born from a simple observation: companies and institutions in Central Africa don't need solutions imported for them. They need teams able to build them here, to international standards.
We started with consulting, then found consulting alone changed nothing: roadmaps stayed in drawers for want of a team to execute them. So we brought engineering, design and training under the same roof.
Today we work with banking groups, public administrations, retailers and startups. What they share is neither size nor sector: it's a willingness to measure results and to keep ownership of what gets built.
We deliberately stay a small team. Every engagement is run by people who actually write the code and actually talk to your teams — not a pyramid of juniors supervised remotely.

Code, models, documentation: all transferred to you. No forced dependency, no black boxes.
When a use case doesn't hold up, we say so before billing six months. Cheaper for everyone.
Your teams take part in the build. At the end they don't inherit a tool — they know it.
